HI All!!!

Ok guys a little bit about me. I have two kids and I am divorced. I have worked for the past 20 years as an exercise rider at the local racetracks here in Maryland. I have riden soo many nice race horses...but... my all time fav is Burning Roma whom I traveled with in 2000 to Churchill Downs for the Breeders Cup. I was also fortunate to go to Keeneland, Belmont and even to Monmouth for the Haskell in 2001. I gave up gallopping horses in Jan.'07, and now I instruct full time. I also have a degree in Bio-Psychology from the U of Md. which I used to work at the National Aquarium in Baltimore...there I was part of the Mammalogy staff...simply put ..we trained the dolphins and the seals for both medical behaviors and for demonstrations to educate the public. I worked there for ten years but gave it up when my son was born in '97.

I gotta say what a great group of instructors Les Mills instructors are...I have met soo many people from all over and had lots of fun doing it!!! I am proud to be part of such an awesome network of people...my next venture will be Body Flow, however, Jam is one of my favs... you really get to be free and just SHAKE IT!!!!! have two very successful clasess...can't wait to add more..members are lovin it!!!!

Combat is intense...what focus..and a great way to really get to the inside of whats deep down....and then let it rip!!!

My kids love combat..especially my daughter, Skye (8), she is a huge fan of martial Arts ,and gotta mention the horses ...we live on a farm where we breed and raise thoroughbreds. Skye loves to help me learn the choreography!!! I think one day she will be up there doing this as well!!!

My son is more of a baseball player, Blade (10), plays on a travel team so its baseball from March to November!!! All I hear from him is...come on mom not again!!! I know some of you understand what I'm talking about!!

The knee thing...still in therapy...actually I have about 6 to 8 more weeks of it. Really painful lately...I scared up a little early and now they have to stretch me to break up the scarring...trust me not fun. My kids think its great when they put me in something the therapists call the torture board...it really is!!! I feel as thuogh its taking forever and i'm very anxious to get back into the gym....been way too long...

Charlene the BP Queen	I just posted some new pics from the Las Vegas Q (was so much fun!!) as well as some pics from my Father's Day weekend at the Colorado River. Summer's off & running! Also just bought a roadbike - caught the bug - and am recovering today from my inaugural ride yesterday - 28 miles down the coast!

Lindsay	well, got an extension til July and i'm gonna stick with it. why do you have to be so damn inspiring!!! anyways, ive been teaching now 4 classes a week, 2 pump and 2 combat so im getting a lottt of practice. come up to owings mills and visit!

Hey Trish,

So sorry that this has taken me a month to reply back to you from the message you sent me in March. I have been busy & crazy w/ Les Mills. Anyway, you are totally Welcome for all the messages and Thank you for the Easter message and for your info too! Yes I enjoy watching Joella present, she is Totally Awesome! I first met her when Joella and Betsy M. did the LM GFM Seminar in Dallas for us a few years back, they both gave me such Awesome input on how to deal w/ bad management & instructors. Anyhow, so how is your knee? Are you still in therapy? Hope to hear back from ya soon.

Lindsay	AH being a teenager and a les mills person is starting to clash. i have SATs the same day as the Q! ha oh well. we'll have to arrange something for the next one. ps, are you back to teaching combat yett?
