Ever have one of those launch moments that you think will rock and go somewhat awry? Well... for BC36 launch, I made temporary tattoos and a neat-o posterboard - "One World - One Tribe" - and... bomb-o. Our peeps thought the tattoos were... well... a bit hokey. A few people took them and put them on their arms - and launch was a huge hit - they loved 36. But it was certainly a lesson in humility - sometimes the "super cool neat-o" ideas that we think will rock our memebers... don't. :)

Back to the drawing board for BC37!

It's official... I'm a certified BODYCOMBAT instructor! I received a PASS WITH DISTINCTION on my video assessment... booyah! Now I just have to earn that honor every class moving forward. I've never been more excited to be among the LesMills family of programs and look forward to getting RPM, BODYPUMP, and BODYATTACK under my belt in the near future. :)

Okay, so I attended my first quarterly this past weekend in St. Louis. Oh... My... God... what an amazing experience! The instructors were amazing, and I left more inspired than ever. I set some new goals for this next quarter and hope to blow past them all by the next Q!

Shout out to all my new peeps from the Q - love you guys!

about the clothes is from Taiwans, but cause i need weaing this one for work out. so i take clothes go special place to change a little be. then i can wearing this for teach the combat class.
otherwise this clothes will be breaking.

but you know i change this clothes, my mather not very happy for this ><
