hey Lisa - I'm alive - I'm done taping - my only dilema now is burning it onto a DVD. This has been more of a pain in the ass than learning and teaching the thing. Anyways, things are great and hope you had a great 40th. For the summer I think I'm going to do the 5:30am pump classes so rise and shine and join the party!!!! Talk soon - Nicole

Hey Lisa! It has been a long week..only got to the gym Wed! I'll explain when I see ya. Other than that it's going ok. I am going to teach 1 or 2 tracks next week...wish me luck..See you soon!

Hey Lisa - Anne & I are going to practice form at the club friday night after Sonja's class - around 5:30 - would love it if you could join us - also, doing my taping on Sunday Morning @ 8:00am - I know it's Mother's Day but hope you can make it!!! Nicole

Hey - thanks Lisa - I would love to get some practice in this week if that works for you. How does after class on Wed morning sound? For my next taping I want to do it this weekend sometime -either Sat @ 11:30 or Sun @ 8:00am. I'll let you know. Thanks Again!!!
