See you at Super Saturday in Stockholm!

you know this list about how you know you’re a BodyPumper? Well,

Every other song I hear in the grocery store makes me look around for a bar.

The people in the next car next to me at a stop light wonder why I'm doing bicep curls.

I open my own pickle jars, thank you very much!

I now have more workout outfits than work clothes.

in a nightclub, the DJ plays ‘Flaunt It’ and I automatically start tapping my foot, chest proud, shoulders back, lock the elbows in and curl up that air bar suuuper slow!

And I'm sure if I happen to go to the Love Parade, I will hit the ground and start doing pushups the minute I hear DJ Alligator.

Scary, huh?

Hey, how was your holiday in Alicante? I had already left when you sent your message. We had a day trip to Alicante, but it was almost 1.5 hours by Tram, so too far to find you I think. Guess, what? There were only TWO LM gyms in Benidorm and get this..... ONE was in our HOTEL!!!! So we attended a Body Combat class. We didn't get to anymore classes as we needed to relax. The BC class was interesting - the Instructor had very poor technique - and the class copied his technique. Then for track 5 he did a strange made-up conditioning track using a warmup BC track. The moves were really weird and not too safe for this one. Then he went back to BC, LOL. Strange. The cooldown track was made-up too. But we had fun anyway. I love doing BC or BP in other countries.

I have been so busy learning choreo for BP66. We just launched this week. And this morning I had to launch on my own as my colleague had to pull out. It was a great challenge for me to learn all those tracks in VERY QUICK TIME! But I learned I can do it when the pressure is on. That gives me alot of pride. It went so great!

So how was your LM experience in Alicante?

Hi Ulla! Just read your post on BA's thread. So... yes indeed, we have among us a "bionic man", a human but with superhuman physical abilities.
Oh my... Anyways...

Hey, we will be next door (towns) to each other! Unfornately the gyms doing LM classes in Benidorm don't seem to do Combat, only Pump. But I can be happy just doing Pump, as long as I get to a class. I hope you find some others to go with you. If we went to Alicante (which we will do, for shopping), it would strange if we ended up in the same class!! Yes yes we MUST go and show those people what lifting REAL weights is all about!

PS - Estonia's entry to the Eurovision this year is awful - I DO hope you didn't vote for it ULLA? - bring back Sahlene, or Ines!
