Super Quarterly in NY was amazing, inspiring, exhausting, etc. My first opportunity to meet the Program Directors and they were so friendly and down to earth. The entire Charlottesville crew had a great time and we had our favorite photographer there to capture every moment -- even my "buffalo moment". (Thanks Mark!) www.fotofitness.com to get his photos, you know you saw him running around all day. Can't wait for the next one!

Second round of Launches ends tonight with Jam -- the "Closing Ceremony" for the Gold's Gym Games. The winners of the Games will be awarded tonight, free food, free childcare, bring a friend for free, relay races, tug-of-war, etc. Should be lots of fun for eveyone (except the personal training staff who are going to get their asses handed to them by the GGX team!!!!)

I am a BodyFlow, BodyAttack and BodyStep instructor at Gold's Gym in Charlottesville, VA. I've been teaching Flow since August 2005 and went through Attack training in November 2006. I completed Step certification at the end of December 2007. I love all of the Les Mills programs and feel very lucky that I was given the opportunity to teach!

I'm so sorry we missed each other!!! I was looking for you too - we got there right at the start and I'm not sure when we headed out (I never wear a watch!) I thought perhaps you had decided not to come. Anyway, glad to hear you had a great time at the Super Q - it was amazing to see so many people taking classes. Yes, I hope I'll get to a Mid-Atlantic Q soon - Darren and I keep hoping we'll present STEP together :)! Stay in touch.

Mark McCardell	hahaah! did I take the buffalo picture with your camera? I know whitney got the ones of Tricia. When I saw you lying on the floor in the hotel I was going to put an empty beer bottle on the floor next to you and take a pic....it would have been classic.
