Qualified To Teach

Hello my fellow LM peeps. We just launched Body Jam 45 "comin atcha fully live!!" and it was awesome. Dontcha love launching? Here is my top 10 list of "Why launching Body Jam Rocks"......

10) Learning the new chorey.
9) Putting the new cd in my car and CRANKIN it.
8) Watchin the dvd over and over and over and over.
7) Tryin to get my hips to move like Rach's.
6) Technique clinics where we all fight and argue how the move is "really" supposed to look..."well, G does it this way", "yea, but Killi does it this way", "but Rach".....you get the picture.
5) Feeling confidant I got the first 5 tracks then feeling nauseas cuz I still have to learn the entire back half!
4) New costumes. Love to shop for super cool, launch outfits. and shoes of course!
3) Training w/ my crew. I teach w/ amazing instructors and launch practices give us a chance to practice 2-gether, giggle, and gossip!
2) Dress rehearsal the night be-4 launch...we are freaked out, stessed out, choreyed out and just prayin it goes off w/out a hitch.
1) The launch night. Here's how our pre-launch ritual goes...Our launch team usually meets a bit early to put the final touches on hair, make up and wardrobe. We giggle, confirm Xertainment moves, and tell each other how freakin fab we look. Then, WE DANCE!

Lisa	Lori, Thank you for coming down and kicking our butts. That was a great workout. I'm so impressed with everything you've done to make this a full-service program. You won everyone over (I was always rooting for you!) Our trainers are very excited to be a part of this program. I know I can't wait to learn how to jump rope !!! Keep in touch! Lisa	Lori, How are YOU!? Sorry so long in writing. Busy here getting back to school, etc. JAM is going great, although personally, I can never seem to get to a class with my own teaching schedule conflicting. Members are loving it and the instructors are starting to really settle into it now that videos are over. Hope to see you soon. Maybe Chicago?
