BC is being launched at Midtown next Wednesday 10/15.
BC is being launched at Clarendon on 10/18 at 2PM.
I'm heading out to BC with Mike Rowe tonight at 6pm at Clarendon as he's finally recovered from his knee injury. Well at least recovered enough to do Combat.

yeah we launched in Gaithersburg on Sep 27th and the Rockville clubs Oct 5th but I've been gone for a week (teaching BC tonight for the first time in 10 days) so I'll prob still be teaching 37 at least for a week, then start mixing old tracks back in

Hey Wendy- Got your message and you did get the right Linda! It was great meeting you last night! It is always nice to have instructors in class. I am teaching at Midtown this Sat and then the 17th and 24th- you are welcome to team teach with me if you want. We have a great team here in the DC area so hope you are enjoying your time in the area! Hope to see you soon and let us know when you are launching in Winchester!

It was great to see you in BodyCombat today.
Although you owe me 2 tracks since you didn't get there until track 3!
The only evening Jam class taught by Tim, a BodyJam trainer, is Monday night at 8:00 PM at Van Ness (right at the Van Ness metro)
You could take Joella's BodyAttack at 6:00 PM, get something to eat, and then do BodyJam!
