Pas plus qu'une semaine pour le best of 2008, j'espère que la fête sera comme la dernière fois sinon mieux, j'ai hâte de vous retrouvez tous sur la scène du body combat pour déchirer le monde qui va être présent. Sinon pour le reste des programmes le feu dans les cours inchaà allah

After nearly a month, I finally got my video uploaded for the waxing lyrical contest. What a hassle that was.

Just stopped by to say hi and see how you are doing?
We just had our workshop and it was crazy, I presented BodyStep which was so much fun.
Then we had a big nite on the town, I was suffering the next day.
BodyCombat # 36 is pretty wicked you will love it.
