Located in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago we are seeking applicants for both on site and tele-commuting positions in customer service relations specialist position and audio/visual technician.

Positions Available:
AUDIO/VISUAL TECHNICIAN
The job includes the set-up, management, maintenance and tear-down of all the SCW Sound Systems at the 7 (seven) MANIA events around the country. Must have technical skills to troubleshoot microphones, sound systems,and LCD projectors used by fitness professionals. Must have calm, professional demeanor, work well under pressure, have ability to travel and be a team player. Compensation based upon experience.

MICROSOFT CRM SPECIALIST
Company located in Northbrook, IL seeks a CRM database specialists with the skill set to development and implement a CRM database. Pay based on experience.
• Must be able to merge current Access database and a custom CMS database into a working CRM database.
• Must have ability to manage the front end and back end of database administration. Ability to train company employees in new system usage and administration.
• Ability to gauge client’s needs and plan for future growth plans, to provide the most efficient solutions.

We are seeking an executive assistant to assist with various duties and responsibilities. A successful candidate must have the following skill sets. Compensation based on level of experience.

CLUB COACH
This is a full time (40+ hours per week), exempt, salaried (commensurate with experience) position requiring a variety of hours, including some weekends and evenings, to meet LAUNCH dates. The Club Coach would ideally be based in Northbrook, IL or the Midwest region. There may be some travel within each region, as club visits are essential to providing key strategies in retention and coaching. REPORTS directly to CEO.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Consistent delivery of World Class, professional, effective, courteous and informative communication with your Les Mills licensed facilities, LMMW CEO/Management and team members throughout the LMMW world is imperative
- Assist and advise new Les Mills facilities, as well as current facilities, in launching/re-launching Les Mills programs through identifying and coaching management responsibilities and timelines to ensure set LAUNCH dates are met
- Educate Les Mills facilities on the Group Fitness Management system and online eClub tools available to assist in every day program operations as well as market and promote the Les Mills programs
- Provide retention, acquisition management and group fitness advice to the Les Mills Champion (Group Fitness Manager/Director/Owner) at the licensed facility on a consistent basis
- Achieve and exceed LAUNCH success through creating, maintaining and coaching current licensees through our 8 key elements
- Establish professional and productive relationships with key accounts to ensure customer retention and satisfaction and to optimize profit generation.
• Proactively service accounts and exercise preventive maintenance as needed
Identify "at risk" licensees and develop a strategy to retain as a long term customer
• Contact priority and at risk licensees on a regular basis
Attend Group Fitness Management seminars, Touch Tours, and Conventions, via travel within the U.S., as requested by CEO and Business Development Director
• Actively contribute and participate as a part of the LMMW team
Generate daily activity reports provided to the CEO – including recruitment, training dates, LAUNCH dates of all existing licensees (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual)
- Attend regular telephone and face-to-face meetings with CEO and sales team to report activity and discuss issues
- Continually build on the continuum between the sales – marketing – club coaches – finance
- Learn the LMMW website inside and out

• 3 years experience as a Group Fitness Manager at a Les Mills facility or equivalent experience

SALES MANAGER
Sales Manager needed to sell the Les Mills System to health, wellness and fitness facilities in the Midwest territory. Knowledge of health clubs and fitness facilities a must, confident at speaking the language of club owners and top level executives required. Measurement and management capabilities and self-motivation and organization skills a must. This is a full-time position. Periodic evening and weekend work, and intermittent travel required. Midwest location necessary.
