Hi Cassandra,
You love BodyCombat.....it's a pretty cool programme.
I just like to watch BodyCombat.
But I'm very passionate about BodyStep and BodyPump.....for me they are the BEST!!!
We just had workshop here in NZ and Susan Renata, Mark Nu and Sarah Robinson were here...so the place was "alive" with passion and energy. Phew......our Les Mills programmes ROCK...we are pretty lucky to be part of this aye?
