Wow - you are one of the pump gurus! I'm glad you're back to teaching it again. And of course I'm happy to hear you went through BODYSTEP - the best program ever! :)
Good luck with it - since you're so close by maybe I'll get to see you in action soon. We're actually doing a quarterly November 22 in Eldersburg. Hope you'll be there!
