Hey Everyone,

"IT'S NOT WHAT I AM INSIDE, BUT WHAT I DO THAT DEFINES ME." - (BATMAN)

I have been teaching since December 2007 and it just keeps getting better and better. I am now certified in BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, BODYATTACK and RPM. I have a great admiration for anyone that is an instructor in the fitness industry. I have seen the difference that can be made in the lives of the participants in class. This (teaching) is a journey that I am excited to continue with and expect greater things.

The Les Mills Programs are an awesome way to stay fit. I have seen tremendous results in my personal fitness just by keeping up with the classes.

I advise anyone that reads to give it a try and see the results for yourself.

Always Remember:

THE TASK AHEAD OF YOU IS NEVER AS GREAT AS THE POWER BEHIND YOU. (EPHESIANS 6:10)

Take Care and GOD BLESS.

Remember, KEEP IT REAL and ALWAYS STAY WITH THE FIGHT!!!!

YOU KNOW YOUR A BODYPUMPER IF......
when you sit in the toilet, you pull your hips back, push out your chest and check that your knees don't go beyond your toe line.. or....you prefer to eat donuts with your thumb in the hole!

YOU ALSO KNOW YOUR A BODY COMBATER IF......
You think your puppy is setting up or executing a roundhouse kick when aiming for a fire hydrant. (their hips are open&wide)

Dude!!!!,

PASSED MY BODY PUMP VIDEO!!!! Hooah!!!
Didn't get "distinction" but I DID get a "WOW!" comment from the evaluator.

Still waiting to hear about my BC video, but I've been told by friends that it looked real good. Taking a Mui Tai college to sharpin' things up, and it has helped.

Still gotta video BA, but it's coming along.

Hope to team teach with ya some day, my friend.

Peace and Joy...

Thanks so much Arnold. Would love to attend one of your classes if I ever find myselft "south of the boarder crossing again" (I say that because I never new the boarder patrol had a checkpoint about 30 miles north of McAllen LOL - the guy ask if I was a Citizen and I thought to myself "I never left" then showed him my retired Military ID card and the guy struck up a conversation. Think it pissed the folks behind me off :-)
Anyway, you and your gang were such an inspiration during RPM training (my first) that I decided "I want to be like Arnold". Well, attack just happened.... it wasn't really planned. Went for a friend. I'm just nutty that way. Now just gotta do all these videos and get the tats (already go tthe RPM tat :-p )
I love you guys down there ... you "all" are the best and it was a PURE PLEASURE training with you.
Just finished 4 hours last night and 4 hours today practicing BC 39 getting ready for our local club's launch in Copperas Cove. I need a massage BAD.
Not bad for a 50 year old, eh? "Forever Young"

You take care and tell ALL down there I said hello and....

Peace and Joy....

Man, Body Combat was brutal. Justin kicked my ass, but good. But I love the man for it. He just knew what buttons in me to press and how to press them. It was tough living up to his expectations, but I am so thankful for what he has given me from this wonderful experience. Oh, and did I mention the I PASSED? Hooah! (that's an Army thing BTW).
