It's been a while since I've updated this puppy. Where to start? Our team @ Fit For Life Cityview has grown by leaps and bounds. We just added a new addition to our already stellar ATTACK, PUMP, and STEP teams with Nicole V. from Arizona. Very excited about starting work with her for ATTACK and STEP.
