Hi all,

Been teaching body combat since release 39, but started doing combat way back on release 23!!!!!
Became fully certified in oct 09!
Just cant get enough of it, the harder and faster the releases are the more I like it!!!!

Combat 39 was awesome, 40 was brilliant and 41 just rocked! loved track 4 with the whole enter sandman/POD music!

Just recently passed my body pump training, but combat will always be my number 1.

just done the quarterly for release 42, and it is OFF THE HOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely fantastic, leg sapping, energy draining, adrenaline fuelling release!!!!!
cant wait to start teaching this!

Steve	Hi Paul. Great up-skill team teaching with Dave! Keeps me on my toes, especially in Combat. Genuine nice bloke with it too. He's also my Group Fitness manager at DL. Good luck on the journey to trainer. Steve

englishwarrior	yeah we're having the same prob .. we only launched last week .. main issue with sweep was people turning their hips so we're really getting them to understand to keep hips square first off. The turns not going so bad now though! Although instructors are struggling if they turn around to do it same way as members to try n help them out .. gets tricky switchin it in our heads! lol

Ramiro	Bienvenido hermano. I am trying to master 42; I think is amazing. I'm might be changing to another club; I just hoping to make a good move with that. Anyway, I am hoping to participate in the next launch. Combat is the best program in the whole world.

Hello mr, how are you doin?!? We're busy practising it right now .. tons of tricky new moves so gotta get these arm positions right on all the karate blocks n stuff! LOVING the new release though .. especially tracks 3, 6 and 7! Music from 8 is an old pump song so thats throwin me a bit .. but it'll grow on me! Cant wait to do the new sweep move on fellow instructors n take 'em down! lol We wont launch over here until Jan .. :-(
