Hi whats up my new family...
Well I just went thru my first training of what may be many as I now feel I have been bitten by the bug but for now Body Jam is a good jumping off spot. As a participant you never get the other side of the fence it's just class untill you go thru training. Now I get it, I feel the passion and the puzzle pieces fit into place. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. once said, "Take the first step in faith. You don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step." By believing, great accomplishments are only a step away all you have to do is walk.
