Thursday- RPM 10:30 N, Attack 5:45 GB, Jam 7 GB,

Friday- 10:45 Flow western branch , 9:15 and 4:30 RPM alternating Norfolk

Saturday- Pump 9:15 N, RPM 11:30 western branch

Sunday- 12:30 Flow wb

Hey, I had a guy in my classes last week from your neck of the woods and it made me think of you. Think his name is Kent. Does that name ring a bell? Anyways, if you know him tell him I said hello. How are you? Finally bringing Attack to my primary gym in September. I'm super pumped. Speaking of being pumped, I am doing my BodyPump training soon August 14th. can't wait! Hope to meet up with ya soon!

Last night was AMAZING!!! I am so blessed to have the opportunity to launch Combat...on my own.. We had 18 participants!!! and one lady was not going to come but I told her " stay for the first two tracks...and if you don like it ...you can leave." She stayed for all ten tracks...and said she would be back next week!!! Everyone was sweating and said that they had a great work out. Becky, I thank you so much for having such a positive influence in my life. I will definitely pay it forward!!! Combat Rocks, You Rock, and Les Mills Rocks!!!

Hey Becky,
Sorry for the delay in writing back. How was the RPM launch? I hope it went well! What instructors there were in the launch? I have started solo teaching and was going to tape tonight (Tuesday 5/20)but I got a killer sinus infection that has kicked my butt. Bummer. Have you already videotaped yet? About RPM 42, you uould love track 5 a lot. It is totally in your face and intense. I like all but track 1, it is OK but it sounds like a song from the love boat. I am more into the music that is intense so it isn't one of my favorites. Let me know how launch went and stay in touch.
