I'm not teaching Pump at all, and actually missed the last new release because I took a little break. I'm back on the schedule next month, though!

So, Flow training next week, huh? I hope you have a wonderful weekend. I'd be tempted to come "upskill" if I had any money at all! Let me know how it goes! I think you'll be a great Flow teacher.

I am back from Combat training - took it this weekend in Philly. Boy was it challenging!! It was a different experience from my other three formats, but in a very good way.

I will definitely see you tomorrow night - I'll still be exhausted, but I'll be there!
