Missed you at the Qurterly this past weekend.
Next time you should go. BC39 is amazing! By the way if you're wondering what happended to your Everlast wraps, I took 'em by mistake after the Launch. They have been kidnapped, but not tortured. I'll send the hostages back home soon. If I'd a thought about, I would've sent them home with Silvia. Oh well, just gives me an excuse to come visit & have sushi.

Yes...I am a definate combat junkie (and bodyjam). I have been teaching for about a year now and still love just as much as I did if not more!!! We just got our release 38 right before Christmas...you guys are already on 39????? You will have to fill me in on how it is!! I'm not sure why we got our material so late but maybe next time I'll have it sooner. I wish you the best of luck in Combat!!!!

Back into the gym and training and it's JAM PACKED here in London after the break!
I've been doing combat since release 10 but I only started teaching from release 25 and let me tell you it just gets better abd better!
SO you guys starting back on the 17th huh? How are you finding 38? Soen amazing trax and combinations in this release, loving T4,6,7,8...work work work! hahaha!

Hey Damon,
Well our New Year is usually during September - October ( Jewish calendar is a little bit different)
So its not as crazy as in the US (well it is crazy here but from other reason I don't like to talk about, I guess your watching TV - don't believe everything you see its much much more complicated).
As for CB - I did it! my first whole class - last Saturday. You are right the minuet I've stopped thinking what should I do, I started enjoin and got my personalty back.
It is great to hear from you!
