Great! I placed at a National Competition while still being all natural - unlike most of the girls there - yikes scary! My feedback was that I was too cut - what the heck!!! So I guess I need to eat more junk food :).... And yes, I'll see you in Oct!!!!

Hi, Sarah -- thx so much for your thoughtful message -- STEP always makes me feel so good...it's like drugs without that nasty hangover -- LOL!

I'm glad you were able to take part in the fun -- and I hope that it inspired you to start teaching STEP again soon -- we need all the psychoSTEPpers we can get! :)
