November Update

Would love to attend Vegas Q in December, but not sure I can swing it before the holidays. Looking forward to next opportunity to hang with my fellow LM peeps!

Seattle Quarterly in September! What fun and good energy! I LOVE the new BodyAttack, and watching Kendall, Brent, and Mark ROCK it, was incredible! I appreciate all the hard work behind the scenes to make this happen. Always an awesome production!

Attended June Mega-Q in Santa Clara, CA with ALL the LM Rockstars! No words can describe the experience. If you were there....you know. AMAZING ENERGY! Loved seeing old friends, and making new ones! And sharing it with the Valley crew! What a great job we have!

**MY BIOGRAPHY:
--Introduced to "aerobics" in 1989 in high school, loved participating but decided in college "I can do that" and began my instructor training with an inspirational group of women who competed in regional aerobic competitions
--Began teaching in 1992 and have taught all types of Group Fitness(freestyle step, floor, water, spinning, kickboxing, abs, ball, dance and even....the slide:)
--ACE Certified Instructor since 1995
--Introduced to Les Mills in 2004 and now certified in Step, Pump, and Attack. I was a freestyle devotee for so many years, until I completed my first LM training...Pump. I never looked back! Combat is my next one!
--I teach at The Valley Athletic Club in Tumwater, WA and have been there for over 9 years.
-Current schedule: Monday 4:20pm Attack, Tuesday 5:30am Attack, Thursday 4:20 Pump, Saturday 9:30am Pump with Sue (too busy for Step right now :(
-I teach 2nd grade during the day, am a busy mom of two girls (Mackenzie 10 and Baylee 8) who play soccer, take piano lessons, and particpate in local plays. I have a wonderful husband Gregor of 14 years (been together since 1989:) and I am busy in the PTSO at my school.
-Crazy, busy life, but I love it!

Terra	Hey you- It was great to share ATTACK with my favorite ATTACK instructor. Thanks for the memories!! I won't be at the Valley as much because I have to cut back on some of my expenses. Very sad:( I will definitely see you for the next round of launches at VAC. I wouldn't miss it for the world!! Keep in touch! T

Hey Hollie! Sorry for the late reply. Fortunately I already taught at Thrive while teaching at LAC. It was a big upset though. The classes and participants at LAC were great, but luckily many of them have joined Thrive. Crazy how things work out.

Looks like the Seattle Q was fun. I was supposed to go, but just couldn't make it. Did you know I had a baby? Yes! A boy- Sebastian, who is already 5 1/2 months old. Crazy how time flies... but I am sure you know how that goes.

Hi Hollie!

I was so happy I found you :D Yeah I went through training at the end of February! I teach at Gold's out here. I miss the Valley and you guys SOOO much!! I hope to train for Attack sometime this year too. I am graduating in May and am not sure where I'm going to live whether it's out here or back home. It's all about the job hunt right now. Anyway! it was great to hear from you! Please tell Susie, Sue, Trish, and Nikki I said HI! Kia Ora ;)
