Hey!
I teach Body Pump and Body Combat!
I've been teaching Body Pump for about two years and I just started teaching Body Combat and I love it! Les Mills has really made a change in my life for the better and I couldn't be happier about it!! I am a stronger and more out going then I could have even hoped to be! Thanks to everyone who has ever helped me out and took time out to help me become the person I am today!
