Hey, Jake! I heard great things about you from my hubby, SteveO. I'm so excited that he'll be adding BODYFLOW to his teaching line-up. I love it and am really looking forward to doing more of it, especially to balance out the BODYPUMP and BODYATTACK classes I teach.

I hope we can meet sometime in person at a quarterly. Are you going to the Trainer Summit?

Hi Jake-- I'm so discouraged... I received a pass witheld on my video... I guess I assumed I would pass---pretty brutal notes and much emphasis on slow timing and chore. The assessor actually wants me to show more of my "combat" side during flow.... Well, I'll get through it, and hopefully be a better instructor as a result. Thanks, Tami
