And yes, 50's cardio is major...we are sucking wind big time by Recovery...phew! Did someone tell G that Jam wasn't enough of a workout or something?! Gosh! I dropped in the advanced stuff during Cardio Shabam-Shabam last weekend - extremely intense to teach/talk/do...barely made it through.../phew! And this weekend will be dropping in the Tribal House advanced stuff - they're ready to jump and drop to the floor...hopefully we'll be able to get back up... =:)

Hi Janey!

Hope all is well with you! I had a great time with friends when we vacationed in Seattle Sept. 17-21 - my first time there - what an amazing part of the country you live in - I loved it! Looking forward to making this trip an annual event! Maybe next year when we're there, we'll venture up your way (my friend's house is in Port Orchard) - do you have any recommendations for spas or wine tasting trips up your way??

I saw that you had Mark Sinclair @ your Q in September - he's awesome in Pump, is on the newest release's DVD!!

Aren't you guys loving Jam 50! What a great release...we launched a few weeks ago - our members really love it!

hello there! oh yes... certainly sad that our big day has come and gone and had a fabulous time with Gandalf! August seemed so far away when this got put on the calendar, yeah?? What is that about time flying by so fast? At least it was completely memorable and fabulous... I will try and get some pics posted, it looks like your group got some great snaps with G :) Again, congratulations and thanks for sharing the GRAND prize! Maybe we will meet someday! Cheers!

Have an awesome time with G @ your club next week - I'm sure you guys are so excited, congrats again - take lots of photos!!

I would love to make the quarterly on 09/12, but already have flights booked to Seattle for the following weekend...but - I'll let you know if I can convince my friends to make the hike up to your club from Gig Harbor! They're former BP instructors, but are not as into it as I am, unfortunately! What is the name of your facility so I can check your Group Ex schedule online?

Hi Janey!

Thanks for the reply - I'll be w/friends in Seattle 09/17-09/21. I found our my girlfriend's home is in Gig Harbor, which is the opposite side of Seattle from Whidbey Island...so you're right, probably a Gold's in Seattle would be closer =:( But my friends know what a Les Mills nut I am & would support a trek there if it happened to be the same weekend that G would be at your club! Do you know when he's coming yet?
