I have been a part of group fitness since 1994!! How is that possible....? Pretty sure I'll be leading group fitness classes until the day I die! Les Mills programs are a HUGE part of the reason I never want to stop what I'm doing. My team of fellow instructors are my dear friends and support line in life. Yes, my life pretty much revolves around teaching classes! But when I'm not teaching you can find me working full-time in media relations, walking my three beagles - Lucy, Lester, and Larry, hanging with my husband, and probably doing some on-line shopping! It's a good, simple life!
