I just love teaching and feel very fortunate to be a group fitness manager in a beautiful club, refinery. I enjoy every area of my job and meeting new people everyday keeps me going. Teaching BodyPump allows me to really push myself and my participants with physical challenges. BodyFlow, gives me a chance to wind it down. The second I hear the Flow music I am totally relaxed! I love BodyJam, but I would not call myself a dancer. I love to smile and have fun engaging with our members. Fun, I really have fun!
