Here's a big Texas hello to my LesMills Family!

About me..... I'm 28, married, mother of three amazing children and committed to keeping myself as fit, healthy and sain as possible!
I love being on this journey of life and experiencing all it has to offer me! Since I only live once, I don't just want a good life, I want an incredible one!!!

I actually stumbled into the fitness industry because of my theatre background. I have a BFA in Acting and a personal trainer friend of mine thought teaching Group X would be right up my alley..... well, it WAS!!! Being a dancer all my life, when I got my first taste of Body Jam, it was ON!!!! I wanted to be a part of that!!! So, I got the certification, upped my fitness level and wanted MORE. Because like most of us, I am an ALL or NOTHING type....
I am now certified in JAM, ATTACK, PUMP and VIVE. I am crazy about the LesMills programs and the life changing experiences I get to witness everyday. In a world full of stress and struggles, I consider myself so lucky to have a job that builds people UP, and challenges them to become more than they ever thought they could be!

Hi Kate!! It is so nice to hear from you!! Doing great..and I found out I am having a girl!!! Super excited! Still doing classes..teaching only PUMP and FLOW..but I get RPM and COMBAT when I can...Already almost 6 months through this journey!!! I just feel so good!! Loving being pregnant...Hope you are having a good summer. Thanks for all the advice! You have been super helpful! I appreciate it! I will keep you posted!

Hi Kate!

It was so great seeing you again after so long. I am glad that you had a lot of 'take home' from the BP upskilling and the Super QW. I agree, when you listen closely, you hear so much more than you normally do. With the fantastic line-up of presenters (some who, in my opinion, rival the quality internationally) you must have a bunch of great ideas to inspire your classes.

Kate! Hey Sweetie!!! I was cool for me as well to spend 2 weekends in a row with you guys! And now, we got to share Vive AND Flow together! :) Can't wait to hear about your Vive launch. If the live class at training is any indication, you guys are gonna rock it! Send me pics ok? Would love to see them.

Big hug to you all the way from NC...Brrrrr!!! It is freezing cold here today! I barely made it back from Texas before the winter storm hit. The airline actually rented vans to get a bunch of us the rest of the way home!!! My own version of "Planes, Traines and Automobiles"!! LOL!!
