No, I haven't received my assessment yet. I'm getting a little anxious. I know Hilary received hers sometime this last weekend. You'll have to ask her what she got.

Hey there,

Ami asked if I could sub the Bodyjam class at 9:20 out in Waukee while you are on leave. I wanted to check with you to see what release they were on and If I should use that or if perhaps I should just go straight to mixing. I recently learned 35 and have been itching to try it out but I wanted to check with you first to see if you had any suggestions.

are you teaching tomorrow at golds? Portia Fehr always tells me how good of an instructor you are and I've always wanted to come take one of your classes so I can pick up tips =) maybe we could go to other gyms together???
