Hey, how are things? Did you ever contact Lonnie at the Downtown Y? I've been super busy, haven't seen him to ask. Anyways, I won't be making the trip for the Q. To much going on.

Did you pass your cert for Attack, I think last I talked to you you had to make the video. Well, good luck with the dieting and competitions yur in. Say hi to your old man for me.

I passed.... and whew! What a relief! My life had been crazy and hectic and I pushed it up to the last minute. But I just got the word last week that I passed. So... good luck with yours. I'm sure you'll be great!

Hey, how are ya??? How is innovative? I miss your dad and Phyllis, they were always nice and fun to work with. It was just about everyone else there though that I really had a hard time tolerating.

Anyways, I have been teaching attack for about a year and a half. I got trained on Halloween weekend outside of Chicago, it's a long story but yes we went out on Sat. night so that was the longest Sunday of my life. Pump I got trained for at O.C. not to long after you left I think (your dad talked me into it). I've been a Les Mills guy ever since.

It's funny you ask about Combat. We are trying to launch it for this summer (in May some time I think). They had a hard time getting people interested in going for the training. So I know they'd be interested in someone already certified and ready to go. The guy you want to contact is Lonnie Watts (lwatts@ymcamke.org). Tell him I told you to email him. Talk to you later

Hows life? I heard you are working for Les Mills!!!!!! I'm so jealous. I'm looking for a new job right now beacuse the one I have is keeping me so busy that I cant teach at Fitness Works which is def not cool with me! lol Keep me posted on what your up to these days!
