Hey, finally online again (I hate moving - took ages to get broadband hooked up again!).
Anyway, great to finally put a face to the name last week - taught the 45 minute mix of bc40 yesterday lunchtime and it was a bit rough but got to team teach it again last night with Maro and Matt Wood (!) so went much better today.
Now to inflict pump on them tomorrow morning.....

Greetings from Down Under from someone who used to live just south of Guildford.
Have you ever instructed at the Leisure Centre in Cranleigh? Not many places round that way seem to offer LM classes, but I managed to find a few while back on hols last year.
Oh, and btw, congrats on getting cert'd for BP.

Hey Tim -
Thanks for the message... I think I'm more nervous then excited at this point!! Attack comes naturally to me, but Pump is more difficult.... and I have a bit of a busted knee... so my fingers are crossed that I'll survive!!

I did yoga Moves with Anne See years ago. It is nice. I used to dissect balance and explore the moves further in my class.
Mines evolved into something else now, I call it core strength and flexibility. V popular and tough. Yoga and core stability, it's aimed at the spinners really but they never come...they are too busy shortening their muscles and hanging off their shoulders and pelvis. Now that's mad if you ask me. lol
I designed the class format for a chain of gyms in Amsterdam. They run it in 6 of their clubs now and they've asked me to do some more training for staff this year. I also run their indoor cycling updates for staff. It's a slow process.
too many Divas in our line of work.No really!

I'm definitely going to have to do shock now although weirdly people seem to be liking girlfriend (although I think one week of that is quite enough - the novelty would wear off very quickly). Found the cd and the notes for BC30 so reckon I might just have to learn it for Sunday (doing my pump video on Saturday so don't want to overload the poor brain too much).....
Will say hi to Matt for you as well - I used to religiously do his class in Ealing on a Thursday night. He was a top instructor (even if he did give me no end of grief anytime Australia lost in anything).
How about you, keeping well? Any plans to get that pump video out the way?

Thanks Tim, thats really helped, am a bit nervous about having to teach a couple of tracks, I am learning the release like mad this week so I at least got that nailed then hopefully just got to learn what comes out of my mouth to the class, fingers crossed will clear that up in time!!
Have left a post on LMT what did you get for your combat challenge am a bit worried about that also, just fear of the unknown lol!!!
I met Donna from LMT tonight and she given me loads of advice and contacts etc, which was fab of her, I shadowed the class and she gave me feedback which was very helpful, as I said to her I expect to learn a lot about my technique etc this weekend!!!

Any advice is brill thanks
