I'm excited for them to start thier Les Mills journey! I see you are trained in like everything, Great Job! I would have loved to gone through Combat training with you. Bummer for me. Did you get trained on Jam with release 50 or 49? 50 seems pretty fun. The warm up song is quite funky, Not sure what I think of it yet. We launch the 20th of next month. It's halloween theme and I'm really excited! I'll have to show you some photos. Talk to you soon. Take Care!

It was soooooo nice to see you! I had a great class just having you in it. My class had great time, too.
I am in mountain home/sailsville, AR right now and it is one and half hours from here to your club, but i can't sneak out of the family reunion this time :o( too bad...
Maybe next time to see you and Jen!

Yes, Yes, Yes, I am teaching on this Sat at 9:30 am...
I was starting to teach BC 33 again which I got train on.
I thought I could do easier but I still have to learn moves again. I still need to work on cool down, track 7 & 8. Shoot!!! You need to see my techniques again and give me feedback.
I wish you teach and I take combat class...that is much better!
Let me know if you want to teach sh*&t out of Combat!!! (I learn this from your friend Jen)
