Hi, Lorraine! Thanks for your msg -- glad that you found the BS 75 tips helpful...

We were doing the Ed session at the Mid-Atlantic Q, and I was trying to help the instructors in attendance better understand not only the biggest "take home msg" from the Ed (as it's presented on the DVD), but also those little extra things that Joella and I discovered as we prepared for and trialed the release...

Rock on, BODYSTEP!!! When do you guys launch the new release? We're launching it at the end of April (so far away, it seems!!! LOL!)

Whitney	Hellooooo Lorraine! I am doing well! And loving RPM! I am still waiting to hear back about my video... hoping that all went well. I am teaching RPM a couple of times a week now, we just wrapped up the launch a couple of weeks ago. How are things at WAC? And speaking of wasting time online, have you joined Facebook yet? It is the ultimate time-waster.
