Hey!
Thanks for finding me on here! It was so great meeting you and some of the other instructors at the AFAA certification! Thanks so much for the encouragement - def helps when I don't really know anyone at the BAC yet!
Yeah, I'm teaching a couple times a week up in BBurg too, even though I'm living in Roanoke now. I just moved back in with my parents a few weeks ago so the commute is quickly getting old!
I hope to get to know you and the other instructors better, along with the members...so far its been great! Hope to see you around!

Hey you - got your msg about the Track 9 finale.
We "melted to the floor" because that's what they do in the Rocky Horror Picture Show movie (which is much more enjoyable to watch if you're drunk or high...LOL!)...
We haven't actually been melting to the floor in our launches here -- instead, we've just done some other sort of "modified meltdown" to the music, but not onto the floor...
:)

How was the Q in Balto? I'm sorry I couldn't be there to play w/you and the Roanoke crew -- was up in NY with Joella and Dizzy Lizzy.
