Who knew that a little trip to Peoria, Illinois for a BODYPUMP training would be such a life-altering experience? I did my PUMP training about 7 years ago (Release 42), and have since added FLOW, STEP and JAM.
I am now a Les Mills Trainer for FLOW and PUMP. I feel so privileged to share my passion with others and to help them get started on their own personal journeys.
I have two beautiful daughters (ages 3 and 5), and an amazing, and VERY supportive husband! My girls keep me very busy, and I have no doubt they will be future instructors...they love to perform!

What an amazing year! It was so great to have the opportunity to train and work with so many phenomenal instructors, and to be a small part of their Les Mills journeys.

Three words...PASSION...DREAM....JOURNEY. You know what they mean, LIVE THEM!
To all of the PUMPers:
KIA-KA-FREAKIN'-HA!! Keep up the challenge, and BUST through your LIMITS! And, if you're smiling at the end, you haven't worked hard enough!

Fargo, ND PUMP - Way to bring the HEAT in the -20 degree temps! What a "fun" weekend, and I mean that in every sense of the word! Way to work hard and play hard this weekend! Thanks most of all for the support you showed each other. Hope to make it out your way again....perhaps in the Summer though!

Midwest Quarterly, Menasha - Can we say ENERGY? I am still trying to come down from the high! You all ROCKED THE HOUSE with PUMP 69! My legs are still shaking from the 3/4 squats! FLOW 44 was beautiful. It was amazing to look out to a sea of instructors all moving together. Hope to see you all in the near future! 'Til then...KIA KAHA!!
March 2009:
Midwest Quarterly, Indianapolis - WOW! That is all I can say! You ALL brought the ATTITUDE to PUMP 69! It was so HOT! Way to EVOLVE with the FLOW as well! It was great to see some of you for the second and third time! Hope to see you all again soon! 'Till then....SALTY PEANUTS! (If you made it to the afterparty...you know what it means).

Morton, IL FLOW - What can I say? I will never "QUITE" be the same after such an amazing weekend! It was "VERY NICE" to see how you all supported one another, and that you defintely learned from each other's strengths. Remember to keep MAKING THOSE WISHES....they WILL come true!
June 6 SUPER - Complete SURREAL experience working with such a talented group of presenters!! It all seems a bit like a crazy dream to me! It was great to get to see so many familiar faces, and to meet some new Les Mills "freaks" as well ;o) Until next time...
