BODY PROUD AND MUSIC LOUD!!!

Hey there been teaching just under a year now and loving it so far! Im based in Newport South Wales and work at Bannatynes Health Club.

Currently im only trained in pump but have just passed module 2 in combat so working towards my video asessment now cant wait!

Pretty much every release since bodypump 68 ive enjoyed teaching and love being able to create a fun and exciting class everytime! Drop me a message ill gladly reply or find me on facebook.

BC42 is challenging, yes, but its an unreal release to start out on, lucky u!!!!i LOVE teaching power training 1 and of course,mau thay (I can never spell it!)

busy man on the band scene ay?im jealous as!wish my band would reform, but i sold my bass 2 my lil nephew for $20 coz he wanted to learn (regret?yep!)
