Hey there! I've been doing bjam50 now in my classes, they seem to really like it...i'm starting with the base level first on this one though, thats enough for them right now haha! I should be getting 51 in the mail this week!! Have you seen it or gotten it yet.....were you there for the taping? I want to do that sometime, would be flippin great!

haha yeah i loveeee the uf ohhhh, ripple...i think its sexy haha......but my participants are like whaaaattt is that move...
I'm hoping my boss does a survey, but i think he's just gonna ask the members who would be interested, my fingers are crossed:)
aww that will be fun to go back there for the filming, wish i could! would be awesome!!

My dad is a traditional Gombey dancer (roots in St Kitss) but raised in Bermuda. Many of my cousins on his side have carried on the custom. In Bermuda we have lavish parades,and there are large and colourful costumes like the one in your pics. MOst of those are made by the Trinadadian constituents in Bermuda.
I have some dance background from Highschool dance club.

ahhhh i just had a great class!! I did bj48 for a change, its such a good workout:) I talked to the bosses to about changing the schedule, and they want it to stay the same this month to see if more people start to come in and then we'll go from there. And he said he will ask around to see if they would be interested in morning classes, so I hope so!!

Hey there! No we don't have zumba, the closest one i think is about two hours away in Kansas City, i would love to see one of those classes.
That sounds like a fun outfit you wore for Halloween! I actually got to wear an outfit two nights in a row:) Firtst night i was a bad fairy, with a corset, wings, and a mask...then on actual Halloween I was Marilyn Monroe with the wig, pearls and white dress, it was fun! I'll have to put up some pics:)
