Mike	How's it going Melissa? It's been a long time since we've been in your area. Let me know if you ever want some outside help with a Pump launch. I'm off to Lewiston this weekend for launch and we had ours last Tuesday. It's always fun to get in front of new people and teach with other instructors. I love the new Pump, RPM,Flow and Combat! Mike	I love 63 too, it's a great workout. We launched last weekend and I'm heading over to Global Fitness in Spokane to launch with them. We don't have Vive but I think it would go over well with our members. It is something I would like to train in someday (if I have a place to teach it). Take Care
