Hey Shaunna!
I was at your initial training for BC in Denver this past July (gave you a lift to the airport on Sunday). :)
Just wanted to stop by and say "hi" I've finally started exploring the forums a bit around here.
And finally - I wanted you to know that I passed my video BC assessment. Got the word a couple weeks ago and needless to say, I was thrilled. I'm teaching a few times a week now. Digging BC41. Thanks again for the great training in CO. I hope to see you at a quarterly some time soon!

Hey girl!!!
Going do Pump and Attack with Justin Sanchez tomorrow. We are sooo pumped!!! They have a launch close by and one of my friends works there so a few from the Workout Co. are going. I think you know my friend! Leslie was at the master class in Houma. Hadn't checked my account in a while and just wanted to say HEY! Hope ur doing good!

It was really a pleasure to meet you this weekend, & let me say just how incredible you were at everything! I'm almost tempted to go through Combat training again just to have the opportunity to work with you for 3 days! The Upskilling was fantastic! I have to say that the after party was pretty entertaining as well. Thanks again for the help this weekend, you're everything that people who have been throughyour trainings said you were!
