The weather is slowly starting to warm up so that means soon it'll be time to take a little time away from teaching classes and the gym, change up the routine and move some workouts outside. No more indoor fitness events, it's Triathlon season. Already booked 4 of them, looking for a few more.

Hoping to pick up RPM in the fall, but for right now I'll continue to focus on Attack. That's my true love of all the Lesmill's programs. There's isn't a better workout or higher energy then in that class. I love the feeling I get while teaching it........a packed class, you can see the faces of each member working so hard to meet his or her goal, just picturing it makes me smile......and out of breath.

So remember, pick that energy up and be sure to crank the volume any chance you get. Everytime, Everywhere!!!

Hey Steve,
How are you doing? Did you go to the quarterly earlier this month? I did not make it - rode the Trek 100 (or 36 in my case). I got a road bike this year - had a friend who was selling a used one. It really made a difference. I rode the Trek in 2 1/2 hours this year. Last year it took me over 5. Maybe it was better conditioning and riding with a veteran cyclist that helped as well.

Kelli	Hey, I'm pretty sure I saw you at the Menasha Q but wasn't sure so didn't want to talk to ya in case I was wrong. When did you start teaching Attack? You teach it at the Y I assume? Do they have Combat there? I really miss it and would love somewhere to teach it. What else are you up to these days??

That's STRANGE but okay, haha, hopefully I'm still in the area and I will def be there... what day is that? Please don't tell me Saturday b/c that would be the day of the Wine Festival... ugh... Hey bro! How's it going? Long time, man, sorry I missed the Q in WI! I wanted to go to both the one there and the one in Indy but it was too much for my checkbook @ the moment, hahaha. I'm sure it was off-the-chain, they ALWAYS are.

Glad you finished BC! This release is pretty cool, it's not as hard as 37 or even 38 I feel, BUT some interesting combos that will definitely work you OUT, right?

I'll be putting up the Q pics on FB (are you on Facebook? If so, add me - Javier Rivera Indianapolis, IN Network) so we can keep on there too.

Hopefully we'll meet back up @ a Q soon.

Hey - I was not at the Quarterly, but would like to go next time. I was doing the ride for research the next day and I thought that might be a bit much. I know that Kelli was there though so you probably saw her. She also teaches RPM at Innovative.

I do ride outside sometimes, I did the Trek 100 ride last year - although I only did 37 miles. I don't have a road bike yet, but am thinking about it.

I'm glad to hear you are doing well. I still miss your Pump class.
