Stephanie	The Bodycombat launch was a blast. I had tons of fun and there was so much power in the room. I love it. You do such a great job at what you do. I couldn't ask for a better GFM. Now all of us get to go to the quarterly. I can't wait for that. It's going to be tons of fun!!!!! I love you mom!!!!

Damon	hey ma, just wanted to say that things are getting a lot easier. a few of us went through the choreography today and i think we got it all down. i know i give you a lot of trouble about the practices and the launch, but i really am working hard to get this in my head, and i think that im ready (getting there). thanks for the inspiration. im truley enjoying all of this. :)
