What should I tell you all about me?? Well, I guess I should start with the fact that I am the LOUDEST person you will ever meet... ask those who trained with me for Body Pump! :) Honestly though, I have a major passion for group fitness! I have been teaching since I graduated high school and see it as something I will continue until I die or one of my knees gives out (Whatever comes first)!

I am almost done with my undergraduate degree and am moving to Denver CO. As of now I am working at Deloitte, but we will see.

I am truly inspired by every person I meet! I think everyone has something to offer! That's why I LOVE group exercise... you get to meet so many new people!

Finally, I cannot wait to become a full fledge Body Pump Instructor! And hopefully someday a Body Attack instructor!

Alright guys get ready for some dirty dark secrets! :)

1) I was never a cheerleader in high school! I know it is crazy with my loudness and all... but it is all natural!

2) I have an obsession with wearing socks. I wear them to bed, put them on as soon as I get out of the shower, and all summer long I pay LOTS of money for pedicures just so I can mentally handle wearing sandals!

3) Pink is my favorite color, but red is starting to grow on me! :)

4) I secretly enjoy going out to my parents farm... even though I complain about it every time I am out there!

5) I love to ski

6) This is a big one guys... I am NOT a natural blonde! Dun Dun Dun! I know, it is so sad, but my friend Gregg ensured me that I have to be a blonde because I am too happy to be a brunette... whatever that means! :) P.S. My best friend is a crazy Brunette girl so I am allowed to say that! :)

I am not a Instructor I am only a member of the classes and it makes a lot of fun!
I am doing Bodypump and Bodybalance.
I know Javier from this community and I like new people to learn and sometimes I can learn anything from the people.
I like America too, it is a beautiful country and I will visit it soon.

Hey, Steph...it is great to hear from you! It sounds like you are doing rather well...and enjoying life. How were your final exams? Everything is going well...love BodyPump (as well). About taping, probably within the next few weeks? The timing and confidence feels great/right...so, it is just a matter of time. Maybe during Christmas break? More time to focus, then! Thank you, for keeping me posted...and lots of hugs! By the way, when do you leave for Colorado?
