Yes I am teaching those days. Is Marion thinking about bringing Combat to the gym? I'd like to get a time in Marion if possible! :)

During shoulders I skipped a section...and then began to laugh. I couldn't pull it together for the rest of it. I taped on Saturday morning and it went pretty well. Thanks for letting me borrow the camera! I'll drop it off this week.

It went really well until shoulders...then all hell broke loose! Oh well. I will tape one more time and that will be it. I might tape tomorrow morning or have a small class in Marion on Monday with a small group if possible. I heard the 9 o'clock class was cancelled that day so maybe I could do it then? Or is the gym closed?

I haven't thought about taping in Marion on Saturday only because I have to teach in Carbondale on Saturday mornings. But I have thought about possibly just picking a time where I can have a small class in Marion to tape. I'm going to try for Wednesday in Cdale and see if I can do it! This last Saturday would have been perfect because there were only 6 people there! Only 3 members for our new Combat release...Ugh...

One more thing-can I borrow 2 five pound weights from Marion for the taping? Carbondale's weights are awful to hold onto! Plus, if the air still isn't working, they will slip out of my hands. I have never been so sweaty during pump...and then I got to do combat! It was a rough night!!

Hey Tracey! Can I borrow your video camera? I'm so ready to get this video done for pump and to start learning something new. I'd like to tape tomorrow morning if at all possible if its not to crowded in the gym. I can stop by Gold's tomorrow before hand if that works or tonight. Otherwise I'll just do it next week! Thanks!

Hey! It went well! I was useless for the rest of the night once I got home. Saturday I'm also doubling up with the new combat release. I've got quite a bit of choreography going on in my head...I wake up hearing the music!

Yes, I'll take over Wednesdays. I'm already doing this week for the Curlee's so we'll see if I survive! They did mention last week when I talked to them that they want to keep their Friday night spot.

Sure I will take over Saturdays! Combat is starting to pick up a little bit. I had seven last night and they have been there consistently for a couple of weeks. So much better than a class of 2!!
