ray sefo gets robbed! he wins the fight against zabit! but pretty sure the judges eyes were closed the whole fight.
body combat 39 is in the making with body combat 40 just around the corner!.

currently training way to much, doug smashed my left quad with some great low 4's chopping me down. however i held me own but the ice pack is my friend today.
Rach is great, she very excited today because she just bought a new mouth guard for sparring.... yes she is easily pleased.

I'd like to invite you to check out an upcoming event in the UK, to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, which is taking place on 24th-26th October 2008.

This is in memory of Jon Towells dad, Ron, who died last year

This is a 3 day Les Mills extravaganza, with instructors from the UK, USA, Australia the Netherlands and beyond coming to teach and play here in Malvern UK.
