Hey all, trying to get this together, adding a little and changing a little when I get to it.

I teach five Les Mills programs, freestyle and have recently done pilates training. At the moment I seem to be doing the instructor spak filler thing and picking up whatever classes come a long - first in best dressed.

Food, wine and entertaining offset the effects of classes and I believe in "everything in moderation with one or two things in excess"! Shopping also offsets the money earned from classes.

We also have two dogs - a stumpy tail blue cattle dog and a German shorthaired pointer puppy, both of which keep me busy.

In my spare time I work full time in data and information management or as some people like to refer as "the colouring in section" of a government department. When asked what I do, I tell people I join dots, make shapes and give them names... for some reason the questions don't continue (?).

Thanks for dropping by. No I'm not going to the Quarterly in Sydney this time but will be at the next one at Darling Harbour.

Are you planning a weekend in Sydney, can't believe your going there when you actually have quarterlies in Orange. Wish they had them in Wollongong, then it's not such a big day with travel and all.
