Ruidoso, New Mexico is a resort town located in the Sacramento Mountains at an altitude of approx. 7,000 feet (Excellent for high altitude training!). On the map... approx. 2.5 hours due north of El Paso, 70 miles west of Roswell, NM and 2.5 hours south east of Albuquerque. Population approx. 10,000 full time residents which typically expands to 50,000 on weekends during the summer and ski seasons.

Avril Coakley has been a Body Pumper since Release 3! That's correct, release 3. She loved the program so much that she brought it to the mountains of Ruidoso and was Les Mills certified Summer 2007.
