What's up party people!?!?

All I have to say about Super Q '09 is,
"Blame it on the Bu-u-u-u-u-ffalo" -G

I completed Body Jam Initial Training on 05/01-05/03 at Lifestyle Family Fitness-Keystone Location in Indianapolis, IN... Best weekend ever! While I was both physically and mentally exhausted I wouldn't trade the experience for the world! Big shout out to Laura Wilson for making the experience what it was (woot woot!) and to the other amazing girls at the training.

I have been taking the Body Jam since January 09 and was instantly addicted! When I was approached about possibly becoming a Jam instructor saying yes was the best thing I ever did. I cannot wait to see the impact and connection I can make on/with the regular Jam Divas/Divos (a.k.a. the "Front Row Hos") and new Jammers!

Feel free to drop me a line if you've got any words of wisdom for me coming into the Les Mills family as a new instructor or just as a fellow Les Mills/fitness lover!

Jenn	Sorry I didn't get a chance to chat with you! We couldn't do the evening fun because had to get back to work...hate it that works get in the way of my fun! Great to see you and YES we have to find a quarterly (maybe next June - summer) to go and get together for some BUFFALO'S - I've had a few back experiences with those...:)!!
