With a love for pump & combat, this furry friend can be found teaching in most gym's around the north east of england.

I'm small, cute, cuddly and rarely take anything seriously!!

So respect to all you LM instructors and participants out there, and to all who bring life to the programmes.

Hels	Hey B how are you dude? Hope all is well Been kind of manic this neck of the woods but still managing to stay with the fight. Are you staying dry at all this summer? The flooding over there sounds awful!

Let us know when you are coming state-side. Charlotte is about 1.5 hours from Greensboro. We'd love to have you come up for a class or two, or, I can hook you up with a club in Charlotte that will keep you in shape during your trip.

Rugby, meh, that's for boys. Never saw Newcastle play, but I have been to the Stadium of Light. Me, I like Liverpool, but it's only because Crouchy is so hot! Ehh?
