My name is Brent McLemore and I am a US National Trainer for BODYATTACK and BODYSTEP. I also work with the Les Mills West Coast Agency in San Francisco, CA as a Club Coach. I have a great passion for Les Mills and what the company represents and sets out to achieve.
This new resource on the web-site is such a great way to unite the global family together from around the world.

UPDATE---

In full prep mode for the upcoming round of quarterlies around the horizon. They are going to be HUGE! First up, it is off to Tampa, FL for the South East event with special guests Mark Nuu and Gandalf Archer. How great is this event going to be? Then it is off to NY for the Super Q, where I will be presenting BA with my favorite two people Lisa Osborne and Kendall Kimball and BODYSTEP with Lisa O and my BODYSTEP big brother, Mark Nuu. There are over 850 instructors coming to this event. I am afraid the passion may blow off the roof. This is going to be a Les Mills earthquake event that may shake the streets of downtown NYC. I will hope to see a lot of you there. Please come up and say a big Hello if you are there. Finishing off this round at the Mid-West Mania event where I will be presenting Step with Susan Tolj and Kendall again and then BA with my wonder Power twin Kendall K. Nevertheless, this round of events is going to be one to remember.

Hey Brent,
It's Lydia...How are you? How is Michelle? Just saw your smiling face on the board and wanted to send you a note.
How's things going in Calli? It is starting to get cold on the East Coast. I would imagine it's getting chilly in SF about now too right? I will be coming home in April for a big event for my husbands job. YAHOOO San Diego here I come. I will def see if I can find a club in the Downtown SD area that has Les Mills.

Anyway, hope all is well and look forward to seeing you again somewhere??? Are you doing the PhillyMania?

Well, bad news. The Body Step training got cancelled. It was supposed to be THIS weekend, but I got word last Tuesday that I was the only one registered.

I'm pretty bummed, but will now get the opportunity to attend Attack instead. I'm not gonna lie, I'm a little scared. :)

Thanks for checking on me! I'm not giving up hope to train for Step, but I guess right now just isn't the right time. :(
