My name is Cacia and I am a redhead from the beaches of California. My family went on a vacation and picked roanoke va off a map and decided to stay there. I lived in the east side of the country for about 15 years. I then decided to jump off the mainland and now reside in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii. Everything is so fitness related here, I do not think I will be leaving anytime soon. I am the GFM at my small gym in downtown Honolulu and enjoy teaching all types of classes. Les Mills programs are by far my favorite though.
