The LMWC Mega Q in CALIFORNIA on JUNE 13th totally ROCKED!!!! It was so Awesome to be able to work with the LMWC team, they were so organized, Fun & creative too! Thank you LMWC for making it a Phenomenal Weekend!!
It was so Fantastick to see the NZ team again, sadly Jackie Mills, Gandalf, Dr. Dave and Pete M. were not there, but Steve & Susan R. brought baby Grace and Emma Barry brought her youngest son Max to the event, plus it was also nice to meet Glen's wife Sarah O.!

Also a Big Thank you to my Awesome friends Orna, Yvonne, Angela & Sue, if it wasn't for you all I would not been able to come to California and enjoy seeing Stanford University, the bay and Santa Cruz too, plus the new foods that you had me try! I was so honored to be with you all and to get to team teach BP with you and to Demo BV for your club too!

It was also Great to finally meet the rest of you all that I have met on here and FaceBook at the quarterly too!!

Just found out that another Awesome USA Trainer - JANA from Tampa, FLORIDA, is needing your Thoughts and Prayers too!! Her Husband Robert has Passed away suddenly, so Jana and her son Nicholas plus her family are needing your Thoughts and Prayers. I also found out from her friends that things will be tough for a while for Jana & her son especially in finances, so her friends have created a website for those who are interested in lending a hand too.

Attended the BodyPUMP Instructor UPSKILLING Workshop in Ft. Worth Today and of course it ROCKED with our Trainer - Justin Sanchez!!!!

If you been Teaching BodyPUMP for a while and have not Attended a BodyPUMP Instructor UpSkilling Workshop, you need to Sign Up for one ASAP!!!

You are Totally missing out on how to Improve your Self (Form, Technique, Cueing and the Lastest Education) which will of course Increase your Class Numbers because you will be Improving your Participants Workout and Results!!!
There have been so many Changes and Improvements in the LM BodyPUMP Program that every BodyPump Instructor needs to be Educated on so you can Improve your Teaching skills, plus Educate the Members more!!!!
Thank you Justin for Teaching us on how to Improve our self so we can Teach others on how to to get the Most out of their Workout!!!

Yes, I am a Crazy BodyPumper Instructor and have been for 6 years and a Crazy BodyVive Instructor for 1 year and I will not change because I Love what I do and I Love hanging out with other Fun, Energetic and Trustworthy People!!
I Believe in being Humorous but Up Front & Honest with All Instructors and Members at Any Club I teach at and other COOL Les Mills Instructors. This is what Makes a Difference in All our Lives!
I enjoy meeting the Members at the Clubs and seeeing their Commitment to their Personal Workout and to see them help others in the Classes especially the LES MILLS Classes. It's Great to hear their stories of where they have been and what they have gone through and where they will be and what they will Achieve!
I have become a GFC again but this time for a Better Health Club, the owners, management and GF team are wonderful and they know what it takes to be Successful!
On a PERSONAL NOTE:
For 20 years (in June) I have been w/ my husband "Graylen" {he was named after a Soap Opera Doctor}, we have only been Married for 15 yrs. (in June) [I had to make sure he was the one]. We have one 12 year old son "Graylen, Jr" he is so cute, especially when he is asleep! (haha)

1. I was born in France then lived in Louisiana, California and Alaska before moving to Texas.

2. I can tell if some one is not Honest by looking at their facial expressions, body language and choice of words, sadly I have been trained in this for a long time.

3. I just completed the BodyVIVE training on Dec. 2nd 2008 with the PHENOMENAL Karen Torrell, the BEST of the Best Trainers, she should be the LM National Program BODYVIVE Coach!!!

4. I will do what it takes to make Others Happy, for example: What is Best for the Club, Members, Instructors & Program. Will not change things for one person but will change things for all, if all benefit from it.

5. I have been skinny all my life until I met my husband, who persuded me that I do not need to teach or workout, little did he know. Gained lots of weight when I had my son and dealt with years of unnessary stress from other people in my job. New Life & Job - Starting to lose weight again, Thank You God!

6. Being a GFC for 8+ years for Big & Small Clubs I still remember what a Former GFC that I Admired told me when I first became a GFC:
"You can not make everyone happy -Members, Instructors, Corp.Mgmt. and Owners- but you can do your Best and that's what counts".
