Les Mills has blown new life into my sails!

Have been teaching aerobics for over 30 years now! O.K - I know, I'm dating myself!! But I'm feeling fabulous at 52 and I'll continue to "GO 4 GREATNESS", Lord willing, for many more years!
In addition to group fitness, my passions include roadbiking, snow skiing, water skiing, and keeping up w/my 19 yr old daughter and 21 yr old son. Can't forget to mention LANCE ("Romance") - the love of my life & husband of 23 years!

Have taught BODYPUMP 8 yrs now - started w/the USA Launch Mix - just before BP#33.
I teach 2-3 Pump classes per week with class sizes ranging from 10-25 participants - and I absolutely love it!!
We "ROCK da HOUSE!"

I also teach step interval, am a "regular" in spin class, and just got SPINNING trained. Would love to get LM trained & teach RPM or BODYSTEP, but unfortunately, Pump is the only Les Mills class going on at our gym - and in the entire South Orange County area, for that matter!
Would love to see more LM programs at our gym AND locally!

Pump is my favorite format! I'm so grateful for all the research and work that goes into each new BP release and am proud to be a part of such a high-energy and effective program! THANK YOU LM!!

6 Random facts about me:

1) Graduated from Cal State Long Beach w/a Bachelor's in Nursing and worked as a nurse for over 12 years. After our 2nd child, we decided to have me "stay at home" (ha!) and raise our kids.

2) Grew up in Malibu Canyon with a Palomino Quarterhorse named "Butch" and a Black German Sheperd named "Bobby".

3) In 2001, was hit head-on by a drunk driver, driving at approx. 50 MPH on the wrong side of a divided road! Incidentally, he was undocumented, unliscenced, uninsured, and took off running. He wasn't charged w/"hit & run" since a witness dragged him back to the scene before the authorities arrived. He served 2 years in jail & I spent 2 years in rehab. Thankfully, I'm "back in the saddle again!"

4) I'm an only child (and I know what you're thinking!!)

5) My husband & I own and operate an appliance service company (ASAP Appliance Service) and I've managed our business out of our home for 19 years now. So, I'm probably sitting here, working away at my computer, and would welcome a Les Mills interruption from you ANYTIME!

6) I love chocolate & can't stand even the smell of pimentos!

I've been blessed with a full schedule and am not looking for anymore regular classes - but I'd love opportunities to sub!

Would love to get RPM and/or Bodystep trained and teach them some day!

Mike	Hi Charlene, thanks for the message. I know the trials you are going thru trying to get other formats there. Same thing here but over time, it will happen. BodyCombat is coming next here. The training is sometime in Oct. for new instructors. Little by little.... Have a great week, Mike

Michele	We normally treat both days at a "launch" (i.e. if there are outfits, etc, we wear them for both.) So either works! Yeah whenever we need a class covered there's a pretty small pool so we'd love more people!

Michele	Hi! The quarterly was great. Oh my god BC37 is going to freakin' rock - you have to come when we launch it is a BLAST! BP67 is great too, there is some awesome stuff on its way! Get that paperwork in - we are always so desperate for subs!

Diana	Hi there, I was in Mexico last year on vacation. Swimming with the dolfins was a dream for that came true!! It was in Cancun. So is teaching les mills programs hahaha. It is more like a hoby doing it. Ive done the newest releases and they were great. I can't wait to teach them. Tonight i gvave body attack that is one of my vavourites go fot the extra mile.
